Stock Analysis & Technical
Analysis
Your Stock Analysis and Technical
Analysis Explanation resource.
Before investing in a stock, you should want
to find out how good a stock is or how much it is
worth. There are some stock analysis and technical
analysis you can do. The first stock analysis is fundamental
stock analysis, the second stock analysis method is stock
valuation, and the third is Technical analysis. You can do
stock analysis on individual stocks or a whole stock market
analysis. Nowadays, online stock analysis is common as is free
stock analysis. There are many tools online for free stock
analysis. Stock chart analysis is part of technical stock
analysis.
The first step of stock analysis,
fundamental analysis, is complicated and involved. It deals
with comprehensive analysis of the company whose stock you wish
to buy. First you look at the financial statements, calculate
some ratios, forecasting the future prospects of the company,
earnings and growth potentials.
If you are a true stock market analyst, you
would even want to talk to the Investors Relations department
of that company. Investors Relations are there to answers
investors' questions. True, they are used to dealing with
institutional investors and stock analysts, but they should be
able to provide some numbers for the stock analysis you
need.
Stock Analysts also talk to the management
of the company; CEO, CFO, COO, etc... in order to evaluate how
good the company will be in the future based on the management
style, future plans, and their ability to execute the plans.
This is very long and involved process.
When you have done the fundamental stock
analysis, you are ready for stock valuation. We will not
discuss valuation in this website since it warrants a website
of its own. We will go right into the Technical Analysis
side.
Technical analysis can be simple and
complex. Of course, pure technical analysts do it in very
complex ways. Here, we will give you an introduction of
Technical
analysis and how you can perform technical analysis
yourself. All information on this stock analysis and
technical analysis website is free. You can book mark this
